Start with the four-page overview, explore the individual parts of the platform, or open a complete AXAT assessment exactly as TheAX produced it.
You do not need a meeting to work out what the platform does. Start with the level of detail that answers your question.
OVERVIEW · WHAT THEAX ISThe shortest explanation of the platform: what TheAX is, how it works and what the firm gains.
Read the 4-page overview →
Position, confidence, root causes, actions and the evidence underneath. The complete AXAT output, published unedited.
Open the completed assessment →Product Book, Assessments, AXAT and Outcome Pathways - what each one does, and how one collection of data runs from the first diagnosis to evidence of movement.
Inside the platform →Each publication goes beyond marketing copy: what the part does, how it works, what it asks of the consultancy, and what comes back.
Product fact sheetTurn one business line into a reusable model.
How your proposition, Consulting Atomic Model, assessments, maps and templates become one reusable product the platform can run.
Product fact sheetGenerate instruments from the model and collect consistently.
How reusable instruments are generated from the Product Book, sent to stakeholders and collected without rebuilding the diagnostic every time.
Product fact sheetThree readings. One defended position.
The assessment triangulation method: how claim, evidence and symptoms become a defendable reading, confidence level, root cause and next investigation.
Turn a one-off diagnostic into an ongoing, data-led engagement. Re-run the assessment as the programme moves, track the client's KPIs against baseline and target, and adapt the advice as their position changes.
Most people arrive with a specific doubt rather than a general question. These are the five we hear most, and where each is answered properly.
“We already have a maturity model.”
Almost every firm does, and almost all of them score on self-rating. The difference is corroboration and what happens at firm level.
How AXAT works →“We could just point an LLM at our documents.”
It will retrieve and rephrase what you have already written, but the diagnostic method still has to be inferred each time. The Atomic Model makes your method explicit, reviewable and reusable.
Why structure matters →“This sounds like a big implementation.”
One service line and four guided sessions. A working model from a day, live in as little as a week and within 30 days at most, with nothing to replace.
How you start →“How would I prove any of it worked?”
Re-run the same assessment against the baseline and track the client’s own KPIs alongside it. Capability uplift and KPI movement together are the evidence.
Outcome Pathways →“I am not putting an AI in front of my client.”
You don’t have to. The diagnosis is grounded in your model and the client’s evidence, and your consultant reviews everything before anything reaches the client.

Use this as the practical index once you know what you want to open.
Read the overview. Go deep on the part you care about. Then inspect the assessment output and decide whether this is a diagnostic foundation your firm could build on.
