See the reading before the explanation.
The report separates the maturity position from confidence, so a strong-looking score cannot hide a weak evidence base.
A completed assessment
A full AXAT report, exactly as the platform produced it - the position, confidence, root causes, actions and the evidence underneath. No form. No meeting first.
Before you open it
Not a polished case study - a test of what the platform produces when a consultancy hands it a model and lets AXAT do the assessment work.
A test organisation and test panel. No real client data appears anywhere, so we can publish the whole report rather than an extract.
A consultant used TheAX AI workflows to create the Product Book model behind this assessment and ran it, all in half an hour. It has not been refined at any point. This is the floor, not the ceiling.
Generated by the platform and published as it came out, in full detail and without consultant refinement. Nothing rewritten, nothing removed.
We publish it this way deliberately. A polished example proves the consultant, not the platform.
The reading at a glance
AXAT does not turn opinion into a decorative score. Every capability is read twice - once for the artefacts a mature process needs, once for whether the problems those artefacts prevent are still happening - and the lower reading wins, never the average. The report then shows the corroborated position, the weakest capability that sets the floor, and confidence in the reading as its own number.
Inside the report
The useful part is the argument underneath it: where the wall sits, what is causing it, what the assessment recommends, and the raw response trail behind every rating.

The report separates the maturity position from confidence, so a strong-looking score cannot hide a weak evidence base.

The maturity walk exposes the level that does not yet hold, rather than letting stronger areas average the weakness away.

Findings are classified by the kind of change they ask for, so the assessment points to what needs addressing without pretending to be the delivery plan.

The report identifies the actions implied by the findings, then stops. Scope, sequencing and delivery remain the consultancy's judgement.
Traceability
The appendix is not filler. It keeps the evidence trail intact: every question asked, every answer received, nobody named, plus the response and level distributions that sit behind the rating.
What a firm does with it
The full AXAT report can be used exactly as it is, selectively shared with a client, or taken into your own workflows and preferred LLM. TheAX produces the defensible diagnostic foundation; your firm decides how much of it to use and where it goes next.
TheAX output
A structured position, evidence trail, root causes and actions - with the reasoning underneath each one.

The difference: TheAX gives the firm a reusable, defensible diagnostic output without forcing it into a single delivery format.
The next step
This report came from a test model. The interesting version is the one built from how your firm diagnoses, advises and proves value. Thirty minutes is enough to work out whether there is a credible first use case.
