Pricing and return

A platform that pays back before you have scaled it.

Onboarding is four weeks and built around a commercial result, not around getting you live. Platform access is per user from £50 a month, and the return holds at low usage - the calculator below runs on your numbers, not ours.

Guided

A guided build

£595 the four-week supported process

First month’s platform access included unlimited users

Four one-hour sessions across four weeks. Nothing further to pay in month one.

You build the model. We show you how. Week one covers requirements and gets a first pass built, week two is yours to test it internally, and weeks three and four review how the tests went and plan what comes next.

  • Four 1-hour guided sessions across four weeks
  • You build the model and assessment, we guide
  • Full AXAT triangulation included
  • Self-guided training with customer support
  • Tested internally, on your own situation
  • Up to 4 people from your firm
  • Named CSM from month two

Right if you want a working model in your own hands first.

Shared SuccessAXAT introductory offer

A fully managed build

£1,995 30% off, normally £2,850

First month’s platform access included unlimited users

An introductory rate while we establish the programme. £2,850 is the standard price.

A TheAX consultant does the legwork. It opens with a strategic goals session on which business line pays back first, then we take the requirements, research and build your draft model, set up the assessments, and steer you to and through a first client test.

  • Strategic goals session: which business line pays back first
  • We take the requirements, research and build your draft model
  • Four 1-hour sessions plus team platform training
  • Full AXAT triangulation included
  • Support through your first client test
  • Up to 6 people from your firm on the project
  • Named CSM from month two

Right if you want the heavy lifting done and support all the way to the first client test.

The distinction that matters: both routes end month one with a tested model that is yours. Guided has your own people do the building, which is how they learn it. Shared Success buys that time back and adds a strategic goals session at the front and support through the client test at the end. Start with Guided and decide you want more, and the work you have already done carries straight across.

A controlled first decision

Either route. Three choices at the end of month one.

Month one ends with a tested model and a real decision - not with a commitment you have already made. Whichever way you go, the model is yours.

Your numbers

Change any figure and the return updates. These are typical for a ten-consultant firm.

Three senior days released per assessed engagement, a year. New work counted at 35% contribution, not gross fee. An avoided hire counted at £120,000 fully loaded.

What the licence covers

Everything is in the core platform

Nothing your consultants use is gated by user numbers. Consulting Atomic Models, assessments, AXAT-supported analysis, recommendations, pathways, programme records, outcomes, KPIs, reporting and the consultant workspace are on every tier.

A ten-person practice runs the same platform as a hundred-person firm. No key function sits behind a higher plan.

Added only when you need it

The AX Portals module, specialist implementation beyond the first proof, bespoke integrations and extended launch or scaling support.

Providing a client-facing experience? The AX Portals module is added when you scale - whether your consultancy runs the work or the client operates approved activity themselves. We walk through the options and the numbers when you get there.

Common questions

What buyers usually want to know.

Is the £1,995 Shared Success project available to any team size?

Yes. It is priced around one defined use case rather than the number of consultants in your firm, and includes your first month of platform access for unlimited users. Scope is agreed before work begins.

Can we start with Guided and move to Shared Success later?

Yes. The model and assessment you build under Guided carry straight across - nothing is rebuilt. Firms often start with Guided to see how the platform works, then move to Shared Success when they want the first engagement proven on a real client.

Do we have to sign an annual platform contract?

No. Monthly platform billing is available. Annual billing is optional and provides a 20% discount.

Should we start with AX Portals?

We recommend not to. The best starting point is to build and test the product itself - get your model, assessments and pathways working, and run them with a client or two on the assessments first. AX Portals is then a natural staged expansion, typically going live in month two or three once the core is proven. Starting this way keeps the first step small, gets you to real evidence fastest, and means portals are added on solid foundations rather than up front.

What happens after the first month?

Platform access continues automatically at the per-user rate for your team size, and you can stop any time up to three working days before a billing date. From there you decide whether to run it yourself, or expand into additional use cases and the AX Portals module. There is no automatic long-term commitment.

Start with the smallest credible proof

One outcome. One working use case. One informed decision.

A 15-minute conversation is enough to establish which route fits and whether your proposed use case is suitable.
